Please note that there are some occasions where it is not possible to access another's record, particularly if they have not given their permission for the Reading and/or will not be involved in the Reading/clearing work.  It can also be inappropriate to access Soul information for an ex-partner.  In these instances, I would look at relationship issues from the side of the person making the booking.   If you have any questions around this, do please contact me before making a booking.
