Terms for Readings
Louise Francis is an Advanced Soul Realignment™ Practitioner, Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader, Divine Lightworker® and Rahanni Celestial Healing Practitioner.
Louise Francis, trading as Empower Your Soul, is an intuitive Reader who works with the Akashic Records, Spirit Guides, Angels, Archangels and Ascended Masters to pass on information about her Clients, their Soul information, past and present life issues they have been through and, where relevant, instigates energetic clearing of these in the Client's Akashic Record.
All energetic clearing work is carried out with the assistance of the Client's Spirit Guides in a way that is conducive to their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Clearing work can bring up emotions, thoughts and situations to do with negative issues from the past, and this is purely so they can be released for the well-being of the Client, freeing them from the negative energy of them. Sometimes a situation can get initially worse before it gets better as this energy releases.
The aim is always to connect each Client to their inner wisdom and to help them move forward and create what they do want in their life. Through the Client's conscious awareness of the issues, they have the power to make new choices to create new results in their life.
With a Soul Realignment Reading the aim is to help the Client understand who they are at Soul level and to remove blocks and restrictions that prevent them from expressing themselves and their Divine nature.
For Spiritual/Oracle Readings, Louise will help the Client tap into their inner wisdom using Oracle Cards. This may include passing on messages and information from the Client's Spirit Guides and/or Angels, Archangels and Ascended Masters. For insurance purposes and legal compliance Empower Your Soul is required to state that all Oracle Card Readings are for Entertainment Purposes only.
Louise will not make predictions and does not guarantee the outcome of Readings as every Client has free will and choice and are therefore responsible for their own actions and outcome. Louise will pass on messages and give her advice in the Reading and it is at the discretion of the Client as to which advice they take, or not. Louise is not liable for any action, nor inaction, of the Client during or after the Reading.
Booking Forms
Upon booking an Akashic Record Reading a booking form will be sent to the Client using the email provided at the time of booking. The information required on this form may include, but is not limited to, the Client's full name, name at birth, date of birth and place of birth. This information is solely used for the purpose of accessing the Client's Soul in the Akashic Records and providing the Reading. This information will be kept confidential and is not shared with anyone. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Delivery Details
Please note that there can be a wait time of up to 8 weeks, depending on the type of reading booked and Louise's schedule. Upon booking Clients will be advised approximate timing for when their Reading will be ready.
To find out the current wait time before booking – please contact Louise.
For Readings by phone, Skype or in person, Client's will be contacted when their Reading is ready to arrange a convenient date and time for the Reading to take place.
For Readings by email, the Reading will be emailed to the Client when it is ready, using the email provided upon booking. Client's are advised to check their junk/trash folder if they have not received their reading in the time frame indicated upon booking. If it is not there please contact Louise.
Phone Readings
For Readings by phone an 0330 number will be provided to call (using the services of www.freeconferencecall.com). Clients are advised to check with their phone provider whether they will apply call charges for this service:- http://www.area-codes.org.uk/0330-numbers.php. All call charges will be the responsibility of the Client.
Recorded Readings
For some Readings a recording of the Reading will be provided in MP3 format. A link to download the recording will be emailed after the Reading using the email address provided at the time of booking. This recording will not be made public and will be confidentially stored in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
Children and Minors
Readings for under 18's must be arranged by their parent/guardian.
Client Well-being
Any advice received from Louise during an Empower Your Soul Reading does not replace, diagnose or treat any condition the Client may have. If a Client has physical, medical, legal, financial or psychological concerns, they are urged to contact a relevant Professional.
Prices
Prices reflect the time, energy, clearing work, detail and care that Louise puts into the Readings before and during presentation to her clients. All prices are in UK Sterling and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
All services are to be paid in full, in advance. Full payment must be received by Empower Your Soul before your Reading will be given.
If a payment plan is required, please contact Louise for full details. In this case a deposit can be paid and the balance paid in installments, with the final payment due before the Reading date.
Cancellations
For Readings
Cancellations within 72 hours of booking will receive a refund, less any bank processing charges.
Cancellations after this time will be subject to a discretionary cancellation fee, the amount will be dependent on whether Louise has already started working on the Reading or not. Refunds at this time will also be less any bank processing charges.
No refunds will be provided after a Reading has been completed/received.
If the Client, needs to cancel an appointment for the Reading due to unforseen circumstances, a new date and time will be agreed for the Reading to take place at at no additional charge. If more than one appointment is cancelled a cancellation fee may be applied.
If Louise needs to cancel an appointment for the Reading due to unforseen circumstances, a new date and time will be agreed for the Reading.
For Workshop Bookings
For cancellations up to two weeks before the event a full refund is given, less any bank processing fees.
For cancellations within two weeks of the event and up to 48 hours before the event date, a discretionary refund may be given if your place can be reallocated, less any bank processing fees.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the event date no refunds will be given.
No refunds will be given after the event.
In some exceptional circumstances, money paid for an event may be able to be transferred to a future event with prior agreement from Empower Your Soul.
For Rahanni Bookings in person or via Skype
Rescheduling Appointments
If you can no longer make your session, please notify Louise as soon as possible so a new date and time can be arranged. Appointments can be rearranged at no additional charge up to 24 hours before your appointment date.
If you notify Louise at least 4 hours to within 24 hours before your appointment time that you can no longer make your appointment, you will be charged a rearrangement fee of £10 to rearrange the session.
Please note that if you do not turn up for your session and/or have not given prior notification of at least 4 hours notice before your appointment time that you can no longer make your appointment, you will forfeit the session and will not receive a refund. You will need to re book and pay again for any further session.
If Louise needs to change an appointment for the Rahanni session due to unforseen circumstances, a new date and time will be agreed for the session.
Cancellations
Cancellations up to 48 hours beforehand will receive a full refund, less any bank processing fees.
Cancellations between 24 to 48 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation charge of half the booking amount. Any refunds at this time will also be less any bank processing charges.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time.
Advertising On Search Engines or Third Party Sites
Some search engines list our website with or without our knowledge. The contents of such advertising is not monitored and we do not accept any responsibility or provide any warranty for advertising which has not been updated by these search engines.
Third Party Links
Empower Your Soul is not responsible for the content of any ‘off website’ web pages linked to or referenced on this website. Visiting these links and websites is at the users discretion and Empower Your Soul is not responsible or liable for any product, service or information the third party website offers or that the user purchases.
Use of such third party services or purchase of any third party products is on their terms and the contract for use of the third party website is between the user and the third party.

Empower Your Soul cannot be held responsible for any loss of data, or consequential loss of data whilst using this website, nor held responsible for any losses occurring through the transmission of any computer viruses or spyware through the use of this website.
